How do I obtain insurance?

When you join ICLMA we have secured agents who understand the concierge industry and have policies written to accommodate our members. 

  • If you are located in the U.S. and need business liability insurance, information is listed on our association partner page. Policy details regarding this insurance is located in the Member’s Library. 
  • Business liability insurance information for those living outside of the U.S. is located in the members only library.


How do I renew my membership when the system can’t find me?

If you were a previous member and the system does not allow you to renew, then you have been archived and you need to notify Mindy Crenshaw at mcrenshaw3@nc.rr.com to assist you in restoring your profile information from the archives.


Can I use your logo on my website?
