The ICLMA Annual Survey gathers information about formation, operation, fee setting, services, clientele and other aspects of our businesses. Knowledge of what, why, how, when and for whom we do this work educates those of us who serve in the field and those who use or may use our services. Hard statistics enhance our image as professionals, encouraging partnerships, strong vendor relationships and greater use of our services.
