Katharine is an award-winning author, motivational speaker, certified concierge specialist (CCS) and the world’s leading concierge trainer and consultant

Katharine is the founder of ICLMA and manages the day-to-day operations of the association headquarters located in North Carolina.

She is also the Founder of Triangle International (formerly Triangle Concierge), one of the world's leading concierge consulting and training companies. Katharine is considered to be one of the founders of the independent concierge industry and is the most sought out concierge trainer in the world. She has trained thousands of concierge from over 50 countries around the world. 

A dynamic motivational speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association, Katharine has appeared at seminars and conferences around the world. She is the author of three books including her award-winning book, Going Above and Beyond.

Jackie is the C.E.O. of Wise Women Incorporated in Norman, Oklahoma as well as an Adjunct Professor in Liberal Studies and Women’s Studies at the University of Oklahoma.

Joyce formerly worked in corporate America as a Regional Director of customs assisting business to import and export goods in and out of the United States, South America, Africa and the Middle East.  She traveled every other week and loved every minute of it - teaching, managing people and projects, negotiating with government officials, and finding ways to streamline the work while reducing costs, but had no time for herself.

She was in Brazil when she remembered that she had forgotten to submit an important tax document; that cost her hundreds of dollars in increased tax assessment on her house.  She found that others were also too busy to take care of what was important to them.  So she decided to make a difference.

After traveling every week for 10 years as a consultant in the Aerospace & Defense industry, Leslie knew what it was like to have very little time to tend to tasks at home.  In 2006 Leslie decided she wanted to help other people free up their busy lives so she started her own concierge company, Executive Errands®.

Leslie believes it is necessary to ‘give back’ and thus she is very active in several local non-profits, including the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, Desert Best Friend’s Closet, FIND Food Bank, and the Palm Desert Soroptimist club.  In addition to the ICLMA Board of Directors, Leslie also serves as Resource Director on the Soroptimist House of Hope (SHOH) Board of Directors (www.recoveryhouseohope.org).  SHOH is a substance abuse recovery facility for disadvantaged women in the California Coachella Valley.

Leslie is President and CEO of Executive Errands® and Concierge Business Solutions™ in Palm Desert, California. (www.executive-errands.com and www.conciergebusinesssolutions.com)  She is a Certified Concierge Specialist, a California licensed General Contractor and a California Notary.  Her companies provide personalized assistance, errands, home maintenance and consulting/small business mentoring services.

In 1993, Earlena transferred to California and began working for the State of California where she worked with people and paper in various departments, [DMV, Forestry and Fire, Employment Development and State Disability Insurance] which lead her to retiring early enough to reach back and get those dreams she had when she was handling the details for her district of ten stores, setting up meetings, arranging travel, and developing relationships while working for her District Manager.

In 2006, Earlena decided to start her own business and designed her first brochure, logo and considered her first target market. Now with enough energy still left for “her dreams” in 2006 and the support of her husband, she began TIME AVE.  Earlena sharpened her skills by taking a class from Katherine Giovanni  as she was introduced to Triangle International in the Personal Assistant Binder she ordered from Entrepreneur.com which made her do her homework while preparing to become a Personal Concierge.

TIME AVE LLC is a Certified Concierge Specialist, California Small Business Certified and a (WOSB) Woman Owned Small Business.  TIME AVE LLC specializes in Personal Assistance, Relocation Support and Meetings and Events with a dba TIME Sensitive Meetings and Events.  She’s a networker and very involved in the community at large in Bakersfield, CA.

Mindy manages the day-to-day operations of the association headquarters located in North Carolina.

The bulk of Mindy's career has been focused around the development of new businesses, hiring the right people and training them on the importance of stellar customer service.  With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and PR, she brings a fresh perspective to the association. Mindy received a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
