Jackie joined the association in 2005 when she started her successful concierge business Wise Women Incorporated, and has been on the Board of Directors since 2007.

She is also an extremely talented motivational speaker and Adjunct Professor in Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Oklahoma

Jody Yetti, CCS

Jody is the owner and operator of Jody's Travel & Concierge, A Lifestyle Management Company with over 25 years in the Travel and Hospitality Industry. In an effort to hone her skills in every phase of Customer Service and Business Services she sought the expertise of Katharine Giovanni, a renowned expert in Concierge Training.  By joining ICLMA and remaining active in industry trends and Social Media, Jody works with Clients as an Executive Personal Assistant and Traveling Concierge. With a strong background in Marketing and Sales she has worked as a Banquet Manager for Chuck Muer, the late founder of the famed Charley's Crab Food Chain.

Her belief that anything can be achieved through persistence and a great contact list, has allowed her to make and maintain industry friendships throughout the world.

Jody's Experience includes positions as Director of Operations for 2 privately owned Restaurants, Corporate Concierge, Event Management, High End Executive Assisting, Travel Agency Ownership, Travel Writer and Certified Concierge Specialist.

Mindy Oliver

Mindy manages the day-to-day operations of the association headquarters located in North Carolina.

The bulk of Mindy's career has been focused around the development of new businesses, hiring the right people and training them on the importance of stellar customer service.  With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and PR, she brings a fresh perspective to the association. Mindy received a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

Joyce Bryant

Joyce formerly worked in corporate America as a Regional Director of customs assisting business to import and export goods in and out of the United States, South America, Africa and the Middle East.  She traveled every other week and loved every minute of it - teaching, managing people and projects, negotiating with government officials, and finding ways to streamline the work while reducing costs, but had no time for herself.

She was in Brazil when she remembered that she had forgotten to submit an important tax document; that cost her hundreds of dollars in increased tax assessment on her house.  She found that others were also too busy to take care of what was important to them.  So she decided to make a difference.

Joyce studied under the premiere concierge trainer in the United States, Katharine Giovanni of Triangle International and then took her problem-solving skills and desire to get the job done into the concierge industry. She now runs Bryant Concierge Inc.

Leslie Spoor,
Executive Errands®

After traveling every week for 10 years as a consultant in the Aerospace & Defense industry, Leslie knew what it was like to have very little time to tend to tasks at home.  In 2006 Leslie decided she wanted to help other people free up their busy lives so she started her own concierge company, Executive Errands®.

Leslie believes it is necessary to ‘give back’ and thus she is very active in several local non-profits, including the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, Desert Best Friend’s Closet, FIND Food Bank, and the Palm Desert Soroptimist club.  In addition to the ICLMA Board of Directors, Leslie also serves as Resource Director on the Soroptimist House of Hope (SHOH) Board of Directors (www.recoveryhouseohope.org).  SHOH is a substance abuse recovery facility for disadvantaged women in the California Coachella Valley.

Leslie is President and CEO of Executive Errands® and Concierge Business Solutions™ in Palm Desert, California. (www.executive-errands.com and www.conciergebusinesssolutions.com)  She is a Certified Concierge Specialist, a California licensed General Contractor and a California Notary.  Her companies provide personalized assistance, errands, home maintenance and consulting/small business mentoring services.




Kellyann Schaefer

Task Complete



A skilled, "multi-tasking" mother of four, Kellyann Schaefer is the owner of Task Complete, a personal errand and concierge service.  Kelly made a career in nursing for many years as a Registered Nurse.  During her tenure as a nurse, she honed her organizational sills and became adept at balancing a busy household while administering compassionate care to her patients.

In 2010 Kelly decided t utilize her innate gifts and love for helping others and founded Task Complete to serve busy professionals, seniors and those that may be physically incapable of managing tasks in and outside the home.  In business today, she and her team of supportive concierge uphold a mission of giving families and busy professionals reliable and compassionate assistance so they can meet the demands of everyday life

Kelly is also an active member of the Makefield Women's Association which consists of a diverse group of women dedicated to raising funds and providing services to individuals in need.  The group is actively involved in community service and have consistently supported programs that  benefit both the local community and worthy humanitarian organizations


Penny Francis

Distinct Lifestyles CA, Inc.



 During her 40 year tenure in the staffing industry, Penny Francis was a founding member of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the California Association of Temporary and Staffing Services (CATSS). Later, she was recruited to serve on the state board of CATSS. There, she held several different positions including two years as its president.  Penny was invited to chair a seat on the board of the California Coalition of Chapters for NTSA and also served on several different committees for the National Association of Temporary and Staffing Services, based in Alexandria, Virginia, and now known as ASA.

After selling in 2010, she opened Distinct Lifestyles CA. Her first big project was to assist a successor trustee in running the day to day operations of the estate property. This intrigued Penny to research what she was doing and so received her certification as a professional fiduciary in 2013 through UCR. She also serves on the Conejo Senior Resource Network committee as a member of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. Penny recently received her CCS designation through ICLMA.
