The bulk of Mindy's career has been focused around the development of new businesses, hiring the right people and training them on the importance of stellar customer service.  With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and PR, she brings a fresh perspective to the association. Mindy received a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

Ron has been working in the customer service and sales and operations field for over 25 years and has been an entrepreneur for the last 14 of those years. He has set up several successful businesses including Triangle Concierge and NewRoad Publishing.  Ron  volunteers at the national office to coordinate the association's conference and assist in the daily operations.
